See the whole system
I connect strategy, people, process, technology, and physical operations—because the real constraint rarely sits in only one place.

I built Gracing Enterprises around a simple conviction: difficult business problems become solvable when someone is willing to see the whole system, name what is not working, and stay close enough to execution to make the answer real.
Why Gracing
Across more than seventeen years, I have led transformation work in global businesses, complex service operations, technology programs, supply chains, distribution networks, product organizations, and retail environments.
That experience has taught me that stalled initiatives are rarely caused by a lack of effort. More often, the operating model is unclear, decisions are disconnected, systems and processes do not fit the work, or teams are solving different versions of the problem.
My role is to bring clarity without oversimplifying, create alignment without avoiding hard choices, and design solutions that account for how the business actually operates.
The name behind the work
Gracing Enterprises first belonged to my father, a successful Formula Vee racer, respected competitor, and engine builder in Kansas City, Missouri. From the 1970s through the 1990s, he brought the same qualities to business and racing: exacting workmanship, sound judgment, and respect earned through results.
He died in 2010, but his work endures in two Formula Vees I am now rebuilding. One was a true barn find: after roughly 35 years stored in a shed, its engine fired again last year with a puff of rust from the boom tube. The other was put away after I won an SCCA national championship in it. Both still carry engines my father built.
My work takes place in businesses rather than engine bays, but the principle is the same: understand the complete system, find the source of lost performance, and build it to work reliably under real conditions.
How I work
I connect strategy, people, process, technology, and physical operations—because the real constraint rarely sits in only one place.
I turn competing priorities and incomplete information into a clear problem statement, practical decisions, and an executable path forward.
A recommendation only creates value when it works in the real world. My experience spans the full arc from diagnosis and design to implementation and adoption.
The goal is not a temporary patch. It is a stronger operating foundation that helps teams move faster, make better decisions, and sustain the result.
Experience that travels
My background spans enterprise strategy, operating-model design, process optimization, automation, global systems integration, distribution, supply chain, product, retail, and workforce operations.
